My cars are a great source of daily joy to me. Everytime I get in them, it makes me feel good. With the loss of my four children (a sad story I won't get into), my cars have become my "children" and one source of enjoyment in life. One of the things I enjoy about my life now is just messing around and sharing my love of cars in general, and British Cars in particular, with people of like minds. This was my first Jaguar (Ha Wayne! You only have two!)
but it is a car I still love dearly. Most auto magazines were
quick to lament 'that boxy old XJ-40 design', but as you will
see from the pictures and description, I feel that
this car has augured well with age.
