Wayne Estrada -3/25/03 The first thing most car enthusiasts want to do when they get a new car is modify it. XJ-S owners are no different. At first, I was thrilled with the car in every way. Power was awesome, handling was good, and the looks were fantastic. But as human nature goes, after a while, you start thinking, maybe I could make improvements... So here are the modifications I have and plan to make on the XJ-S. Recently, I have made several cosmetic and performance engine modifications that may be of interest to those that show their cars and/or want more 'go than show'. These and other upgrades are listed on the links on the left.In all of these changes, I have sought to create a car that would make Sir William proud and be worthy of the name JAGUAR. My underlying thought has been to present the XJ-S as if the factory had no limit on budget for the car. I hope to have achieved this goal, and 99% of all that have posted comments to my Guestbook agree (there is one hiarious negative post in there that calls my car "a K-Mart Special"!) I hope you share in my joy for this project, and if you are an XJ-S owner, these articles help you in some way with your car too. All it takes is your time and a lot of my money!
